- FREE delivery on all orders within metro areas of major cities.*
- Delivery within 3-5 business days for in-stock items, depending on location.
- All products are packaged to meet mail-order packaging standards to ensure safe transit.
- Parcel service is used for smaller products, giftware, and accessories.
- Fully trackable delivery service available via your trade account dashboard.
- Delivery of goods is made directly to your end customer’s address.
- Signed proof of delivery is collected using a digital handset (for larger items only).
- If a mobile number is provided, customers will receive an SMS confirmation of the delivery date. Our logistics partner will also call when en route.**

Delivery surcharges apply to remote or regional locations where our logistics partners incur additional costs. Charges are calculated based on your delivery postcode and the parcel profile (weight and dimensions).
